Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065)
Under the Digital Services Act (DSA), German, English and Italian are the languages to be used for communication with MLGT.
The Digital Services Act, in force since 17 February 2024, aims to ensure the proper functioning of intermediary services in the digital market. It establishes harmonised rules for a safe online environment in which fundamental rights – including consumer protection – are effectively safeguarded.
In accordance with the relevant articles of the DSA, MLGT provides the following reporting channels:
